    When you decide to hire event equipment from us, you can choose one of the following options -

    Either;

    Collect in person
    We are always happy to welcome clients - established and new - to our depots where we will gladly give you a helping hand to load your vehicle with the event equipment you have hired.  Simply let us know in advance when you are planning to collect and we will ensure it is ready for you.  Bear in mind, of course, that the size of the equipment you hire will determine what vehicle you will need to transport it.  Should you decide to collect in person from one of our depots, then this is of course free of charge.

    Event Hire UK deliver to your location
    As a nationwide event hire company, we offer a very competitively priced delivery and collection service.  This is carried out by our fleet of trucks and professional delivery team who will provide you with an accurate and reliable service. 

    Our standard delivery and collection hours are between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.  If you want to specify a particular delivery time slot, then there will be additional charge for this - contact us to discuss your requirements.

    Rates for delivery and collection are quoted at the point of placing your order.  Obviously, the closer your location to one of our depots, the cheaper your transport charge is likely to be, and vice versa.

Our crystal lazy susans are the ideal banqueting solution for Asian & Indian weddings.  With the basic structure made in durable light grey plastic, they are two-tiered, with the bottom tier measuring 920mm in diameter, and the upper tier measuring 460mm in diameter.  The entire unit rotates on an axis, so that guests at your banqueting table can slowly rotate the lazy susan to access the various dishes that you choose to serve them.  It is beautifully decorated around the exterior with a multitude of crystals to provide a stylish and decorative finish to the lazy susan. The lower tier of this crystal lazy susan contains 8 removable stainless steel dishes (dishes are included in the hire price) which measure 175mm in diameter, and so are perfect for serving a variety of different curries and rices, or indeed whatever you decide your event catering is going to consist of.  The upper tier contains 4 removable stainless steel dishes which are slightly smaller at 120mm in diameter each, and so are perfect for holding chutneys and sauces, for example.  There is also a single 120mm diameter dish in the centre which you can also use for foods, or this could be removed - as all the dishes can be - and into the gap you could put a centrepiece, for instance. Furthermore, and from both a functional and aesthetically pleasing perspective, within bottom tier of the lazy susan are small tea light holders into which you can place tea light candles so that the foods on the bottom tier stay warm, and also the light from these candles permeates the crystals which gives a stunning visual effect for your wedding, special occasion or event. Due to the size of these lazy susans, you'll probably need to hire 6ft round banqueting tables to comfortably accommodate the lazy susan along with your guests' place settings, glassware, crockery and cutlery. A: Yes they are, as part of the price.

A: Yes, for a small additional fee as part of our return dirty scheme.

Q: Can I put tea lights inside?  And do you supply these?
A: You can use small candle tea lights, yes, but these you will need to source separately yourself.
