Q: If I give you a delivery address, do you have the transport to deliver chairs to our event?
A: It depends upon the time of year and how far in advance you book. Yes, our chairs can be delivered as we offer a transport service. However, our transport service gets booked up as quickly as our hire chairs, so it’s always advisable to get everything booked as soon as possible when you know the final details of your event, to avoid potential disappointment.
Q: What happens if one of my guests breaks a banqueting chair?
A: This does happen. We normally take a refundable deposit payment when you place your order for your chair hire which, in the event that your hire chairs are returned to us in the same condition that we delivered them to you, is refunded in full. However, if there are chairs missing or broken, for example, then the replacement cost would be taken out of your deposit. The replacement charge for your silver Napoleon chair hire can be seen on your hire contract.
